Does your child love to make stuff? Then they should try a woodworking workshop at Rediscover Center Venice; a sustainable makers space. The workshop starts with a short tools training on safely using clamps, drills and hand saws, then introduces a theme or design challenge for the tinkerers to build individually or in small groups. Kids must be 8 and older to participate in the woodworking workshop. Transportation to Rediscover Center afterschool Friday May 2 will be provided and parents will be responsible for pickup.
