Is there any way to cancel enrichment program session and inform about it to enrolled kids?
Yes, go to the enrichment menu, click on any program, then go to Program Session, click on edit session, select canceled state, add a message in the Note field & and click on the update button.
It will send an email message notification to the enrolled kid’s parents to notify the cancellation of the program session.
