What additional roles can a parent, teacher or staff have?

Administrator, Manager and Room Parent

Administrator has full control of the entire account. Usually a couple people will share this role. The role can be easily handed over to another person, if you choose to do so.

Manager has full control in the area that they are designated to be manager for. Only Administrator can assign Manager role to specific people.

Room Parent can be assigned to a parent only. Room Parents can be assigned by Administrator or Directory Manager.
